  • How much time is required? Our sessions are 45 minutes long and accessible through our fitness app, so you can join at a time that is convenient for you.

  • How long is the program? The program is a 12 weeks program with 36 on demand movement sessions

  • Do I need any extra workout equipment? A foam roller and a resistance band are all your will need for the program.

  • Do I get any 1 on 1 coaching? Yes, the program includes a 1 on 1 coaching video call per month.
