It is my passion to help adults 40+ restore their natural capacity to stay active, pain free, and moving well for years to come.
Due to the stresses of modern life, as we reach our 40s, 50s, and beyond, our bodies are no longer in “peak” condition. Even with an active lifestyle, we may feel weak, inflexible, achy, and fatigued. Our bodies are built to last. The key to moving well and staying active and pain-free for the long term is our foundation and approach to fitness.

Barefoot Movers sessions are about helping you move with more confidence and energy to do more of what you love. We want to help you to build a foundation of fitness and the ability to maintain this foundation over time with training that is accessible and enjoyable.

The Comeback is a 12-week online training & coaching program designed to help adults 40+ restore the movement foundations needed to feel better, move better, and stay active for life.
Through guided training, progressions, and coaching support, you’ll improve mobility, stability, strength, balance, and overall movement capacity — so your body feels stronger, more capable, and more confident again.
