About the Founder

Rodrigo Gallego, the founder of Barefoot Movers, has always been passionate about movement and nature. From an early age, he discovered the joy of sports and outdoor activities, which brought him into a state of "Flow." His journey led him to teaching and coaching, combining his love for movement with a desire to help others. Through Barefoot Movers, Rodrigo aims to inspire and motivate positive changes by reconnecting people with the benefits of moving well and embracing an active lifestyle in harmony with the environment.
