Animal Flow is a ground-based movement program. It combines elements from different bodyweight disciplines such as breakdancing, parkour, gymnastics, with animal locomotion patterns.
It is a fun training program for building mobility, strength, and developing motor control, so important for movement efficiency yet missing in most conventional programs.
Animal Flow can be challenging, but is also very adaptable and can be regressed to suit most adults.
On this Intro Series we’ll be covering and focusing on the basics movements of the system.

Yes, Animal Flow can be challenging but this is a beginner series. We will be focusing on the basic moves, and options to make them suitable for most adults

The live online sessions are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30am Pacific Time but everybody will get access to the replays.

Live sessions will be done via Zoom and replays will be hosted privately on Youtube.

There will be time after each session to ask questions, and to go over any challenge that you may encounter.
