DON’T JUST BLAME YOUR AGE! IT DOESN’T NEED TO BE THAT WAY

It is very easy to just blame or find age as an excuse, but in reality it is not the age the main factor, but what you have done or what you haven’t done to keep your body balanced, supple and functional through out the years.

And this is not just a matter of being sedentary or active. Even very active and “fit” people are struggling with achy joints, “disconnected” muscles, and restricted/inneficient overall movement.

It’s rare when I encounter an adults nowadays that is not dealing with any of these symptoms, but the good news is that it can all be changed, YES! even at your age.
