Five days a week and for the next 4 weeks you will have the opportunity to follow along with me as I take you through these beginner friendly 10 minutes movement breaks that I have specifically designed for busy adults that are interested in start reclaiming their natural capacity to feel good, move well, and feel confident in their own body.
