Due to the stresses of modern life, as we reach our 40s, 50s, and beyond, our bodies are no longer in “peak” condition. Even with an active lifestyle, we may feel weak, inflexible, achy, and fatigued.

Building stability and strength; and

Cultivating body awareness and control.

Barefoot Movers sessions are about helping you move with more confidence and energy to do more of what you love. We want to help you to build a foundation of fitness and the ability to maintain this foundation over time with training that is accessible and enjoyable.
